HDP kicks off construction of “Talda” in Mostakbal City – New Cairo, in partnership with Al Hazek Construction Housing and Development Properties (HDP), the real estate arm of the Housing and Development Bank, has announced the commencement of construction works for its new flagship project Talda in Mostakbal City – New Cairo, following the signing of a construction contract with Al Hazek Construction, one of Egypt’s most established contractors. Talda is set to deliver a modern residential experience at one of the most strategic and vibrant locations within Mostakbal City. Designed to blend architectural elegance with green open spaces, the project aims to foster a sustainable and comfortable lifestyle, while offering strong investment potential. With a total investment value of EGP 2.5 billion, HDP has committed to delivering the residential units within 24 months—an ambitious timeline that reflects the company’s financial strength and customer-first philosophy. The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP; Eng. Mahmoud El Hazek, CEO of Al Hazek Construction; Mr. Hossam Eissa, CEO of HDP; and Eng. Mohamed Said, General Manager at Al Hazek. Speaking on the occasion, Eng.
